ETG Agro India, through its enterprise ETC Agro Processing India Pvt. Ltd., is one of the largest processors and marketers in the pulses processing industry. Stakeholders such as farmers, institutional buyers and the government form an integral part of the ETG network. From its ISO certified plants in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and West Bengal, with processing capacity of over 500,000 MT per annum, ETG India distributes processed pulses pan India through a distribution channel of over 3000 trade partners. The key products processed from ETG India plants include Pigeon peas, Red lentils, Yellow Peas and Chickpeas.

ETG began operations in China in 2011 and established a state of the art Sesame hulling factory in Tianjin, China, the largest of its kind in the country. Over the years, the ETG brand established itself to become a lead player in the HORECA segment of processed Sesame seeds market. ETG China is headquartered in Qingdao, China. We have expanded our offering to include Logistics, Agricultural inputs as well as exchange traded products, driven by ETG Commodities.

Our unique portfolio focuses on health and wellness and we are leveraging our existing presence in Africa, Asia, Australia & North America to include Natural & Processed Sesame, Peanuts, Cashews, Pecans, Macadamia, Green Mung Beans, Pea Protein, Yellow Peas, spices and edible nuts.

ETG Commodities began operations in 2012 and is one of the leading exporters of Specialty Crops in North America. We are the North American subsidiary of Export Trading Group, the largest integrated agricultural multinational conglomerate. We buy lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, and other speciality crops from local producers around our extensive network of processing facilities located in the best pulse growing regions in Canada to export to over 47 countries around the globe. Major regional markets we export to include the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East, North Africa, the Americas and Europe. In many of these regions, pulses are a major consumption source for protein. Our unmatched global reach, excellence in food safety and proven technical know-how is how we create value for our stakeholders because we provide the information they need to make the best purchasing decisions.

Our strategic processing facilities in Saskatchewan include Swift Current, Success, North Battleford, and Cut Knife that feature cleaning, color sorting, sizing, splitting and polishing, bagging, toting, and bulk loading of pulses and speciality crops. As a value-added pulse processing company, our wide international reach enables us to keep a pulse on the latest industry developments and emerging trends to anticipate changing market needs. Our commitment to operational excellence and food safety is ensured through comprehensive production, execution and international quality control.

Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, our state-of-the-art down packing facility provides retailers across Canada and the U.S. with products in plain pack and private label form and is a full line wholesale distribution centre serving North America. The facility also operates as our main trading and logistics hub.  Over the last several years, we have made significant investments in our asset-based network to ensure we have the best solutions to provide our stakeholders with the highest levels of service.

Australia

ETG Australia opened its doors in 2014. Since then, the entity has grown into a leading exporter of pulses and grains.

With a strong farmer network and robust markets overseas, a significant pulses supply chain model has been built over the years. Wimpak, a farmer receival and container packing facility for pulses based in Victoria, was acquired in 2019. This investment enhanced the pulse volumes and ensure consistent quality and supply to ETG processing plants and third party buyers across the globe.

ETG Commodities Pty Ltd, the business vertical dealing in Grains & oilseeds and other exchange traded products, officially commenced operations in Australia following registration of the grain trading and export business in August 2020. The business procures and distributes wheat, barley and sorghum through ten ports in four states of Australia – Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia.

ETG established offices in Kazakhstan and Russia in 2019 to focus on the supply of major grains, oilseeds and other agricultural products by rail and truck across the vast EurAsian continent, as well as to supply products by rail and vessel to our larger ETG global network.  ETG in Kazakhstan and Russia partners with domestic customers to design supply strategies that fit their growing domestic processing requirements, as well as actively coordinates with ETG offices in China, India, South Africa and elsewhere to identify the best ways of meeting global client interests for a variety of agro-commodities, optimizing quality and economy.

Dubai

ETG established its Dubai presence in 2002 with a focus to expand in the local markets. Agri Commodities and Finance (ACF) is incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates on 2002. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of ETC Group Mauritius. It primarily deals in trading of commodities like Rice, Cashew nuts, Sesame Seeds, Soyabeans, Pulses including Fertilizer and agro chemicals. ETG procures more than 700,000 MT of Fertilizers from the prominent manufacturers in the region and distributes in more than 25 African countries. Key markets that are served from UAE are East Africa, Southern Africa, West Africa, South East Asia, India and Bangladesh.

In addition to international trading activities, ETG also operates two operating plants for Pulses with an installed capacity of 50,000 MT per annum. We process pulses, beans and lentils from Dubai and supply in local markets. ETG has been established as a strong regional player in the Middle East region and continues to expand its presence.

Dubai office also houses some of the key corporate functions such as HR, Legal, Treasury, Finance, Shipping, etc.

Since constitution in the late 12th century, Amsterdam has always been a hub for trade and finance. After many centuries, Holland has developed a robust ecosystem to promulgate international trade. ETG has established The Netherlands office in Amstelveen in 2019. Europe, CIS and Black Sea region is an important origination center for various commodities such as grains and oilseeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, wheat, corn, cocoa, coffee and many other essential commodities. Our African origination capability coupled with European presence to source and distribute products makes us quite unique in value proposition offered to our clients.

Our presence in Amstelveen allows us to closely collaborate with local universities, banking partners and development institutions to execute sustainability projects that bring large scale development impact in our focus countries across Africa, Asia and Europe. Our team of experienced professionals comes from more than 15 nationalities and cover trade, logistics and corporate functions.

South East Asia

Singapore
Singapore is one of the largest commodities and financial hubs, offering excellent cross border trade opportunities with its world class shipping, financial and risk management services. For this reason, ETG has established operations in the country, with subsidiaries in China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Myanmar. ETG Singapore trades and distributes various origins grains, sugar, oilseeds, pulses, Cashew, fertilizer and farm inputs to Asian, Middle Eastern and African Markets.

Bangladesh
Bangladesh is one of the largest pulses consumer markets in SEA region after India. ETG's processing, trading and retail distribution capabilities have signified their presence in this market, with the ETG Brand known as the second largest processor of Red Lentils in the country. The group imports a variety of pulses from different origins for domestic use.

Vietnam
ETG Vietnam, a fully owned subsidiary of ETC Singapore, originates and distributes coffee, grains, oilseeds and animal feed. 

Myanmar
ETG Myanmar is a representative office of ETC Singapore and procures a variety of pulses, including Black Matpe, pigeon peas and green mung beans.
